We pack and ship each order with utmost care and dedication, out of respect for sacred products that carry within them the content of Hasidic daily life.

Orders are shipped within 1–3 business days of receipt of payment.

Shipping options:

Registered mail (3–7 business days)

Home delivery (1–3 business days)

Self-pickup by prior arrangement

You can track your order using a tracking number that will be sent to you upon shipment.

Each item is packaged with respect and care, as befits sacred objects.

🔄 Return Policy

We make every effort to ensure that you are satisfied with the product, but if a problem arises – we will be happy to help.

Products can be returned within 14 days of receipt, in their original packaging and unused.

A refund will be made after the product is received and inspected, minus shipping costs.

Products that are made to special order or customized – cannot be returned.

📦 Product returns will be made while maintaining the sanctity of the contents - please be sure to pack carefully.
